Bryan has been working within the Learning & Development arena spanning over 15 years, starting in banking and covering various sectors such as utilities, recruitment, automotive and office supplies.
His journey has allowed him to deliver fantastic training interventions across Europe to countries like, Germany, Netherlands, Romania & Ireland, experiencing different cultures, styles and practices.
As well as being CIPD qualified he is also a certified practitioner in NLP, & Insights Discovery which looks as personality traits within individuals.
Bryan has a passion of using his skills to educate, influence & prepare young students for future employment and has done this on various occasions with schools he has worked with. He is also an active FA Level.1 qualified football coach for a junior community football club.
