Kate works as Director of Corporate Resources for risual Limited, Stafford. risual is a business and technology services organisation, offering consultancy, managed services, technical training and apprenticeships. With responsibility for HR, Kate understands the importance of careers in the workplace and career aspirations in young people.
Kate has a passion for learning, personal development and growth and has a making a lasting impact on the future outcomes of young people. Prior to the most recent employment, Kate worked at Staffordshire University for over 15 years where she enjoyed the educational environment.
Kate is also a School Governor at a primary school which again supports her passion for learning and growth. Kate is also a Trustee for charity, risual Foundation.
