As an apprentice, you will be working at an established local company and gain extensive experience in a variety of CAD aspects. You will gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
The successful candidate will shadow a skilled CAD technician and benefit from their many years of skill and expertise and will work towards being able to (but not limited to):
- Make use of CAD programmes such as Tekla, AutoCAD, SolidWorks
- Create 3D models of Engineered assemblies
- Create 2D drawings for use in a production environment
- Working to strict drawing standards
- Working in a professional environment
